A practice built around a dual Canada-US qualification
TYM Professional Corporation is a CPA-led advisory firm in Ontario, serving individuals and businesses in Toronto and across Canada. Elena founded the firm so clients with ties on both sides of the border could work with one firm instead of coordinating two.

Elena Serebryany, CPA, CA
Elena is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of TYM Professional Corporation and leads the firm's tax and advisory practice. She holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation in Ontario and is also a US Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida, and is an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent.
That dual Canada–US qualification is the foundation of the practice: it lets the firm advise on both tax systems together, rather than treating each side in isolation. That is the difference that matters most for cross-border clients.
What you can expect
Focused practice
We work in tax and cross-border tax every day, and keep our practice deliberately narrow so the work stays in expert hands.
Clear scope and fees
Every engagement has a defined scope and a fixed fee agreed in writing before work begins: the fee does not change unless the scope does.
CPA review on every file
Every return is prepared and then reviewed by a CPA before filing, and every engagement is documented with a written scope.
The people behind every file
Every file is prepared and reviewed to the same CPA standard.

Elena is the founder and CEO of TYM Professional Corporation, drawing on more than a decade advising clients with complex US and international tax situations. Her practice covers US tax, international structuring, FIRPTA, and cross-border treaty application.
