Simona Gershik

Simona Gershik manages internal projects and supports client engagement workflows for TYM across the firm's operations. She brings a strong foundation in finance and business administration, with hands-on experience in client relations, process documentation, and organizational management.

Prior to joining TYM, Simona gained professional experience in paralegal support and office operations. She is currently completing her undergraduate studies in Finance and Financial Management Services at the University of Miami (expected 2028), where she is an active member of Sigma Delta Tau.

Her detail-oriented approach and commitment to clear communication make her an effective liaison between clients and the advisory team, ensuring engagements run smoothly from onboarding through delivery.
