Vadym Korsun

Vadym Korsun is a Financial Analyst at TYM, providing financial analysis, reporting, and advisory support for the firm's Canadian client base. He brings over a decade of finance leadership experience, including five years as Finance Manager at Confectionery Factory “Kviten” Ltd in Ukraine, where he oversaw strategic and operational budgeting, managed cash flow and FP&A, and developed analytics systems that improved profitability.

After relocating to Canada in 2022, Vadym expanded his expertise in Canadian accounting standards. At the Toronto School of Management he served as General Accountant — handling full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and SAGE-based bookkeeping — before advancing to Business Analyst, conducting internal audits, financial analysis, and risk management.

Vadym holds a Master's degree in Finance (with Honors) from the National Mining University. He is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
